Movement coaching
Eleven years of teaching people to move better.
Movement coach specialising in gymnastic strength training and dynamic mobility. I coach athletes and everyday movers across London, and lead workshops and movement experiences for brands, retreats, festivals and corporate partners.
The Journey
I built my client base at Gymbox, then left in 2020 to coach independently across the city.
Since then I've seen clients out of studios including Lift in Shoreditch and Axiom, and built my practice around two specialisms: gymnastic strength and dynamic mobility.
What I Coach
Strength and range
Strength you can use, and joints that move well enough to use it. Together they open up access to more varied and complex movement.
Gymnastic strength
Rings · Parallettes · Kettlebells
Strength built through bodyweight and gymnastic tools, with kettlebells for loaded work.
Dynamic mobility
Hips · Shoulders · Spine
Active mobility work that improves joint function and opens up access to more varied and complex movement.
Who I Work With
From professional sport to people who spend most of the day at a desk.
Athletes
Footballers, rugby players and jiu-jitsu athletes building strength and mobility for the pitch and the mat.
Everyday movers
People with more sedentary lifestyles building strength and restoring range so everyday life moves more easily.
