Case study · Healf
Healf's 2026 experiential strategy, end to end.
Brought in to design the next evolution of Healf's experiential strategy across pop-ups, Ritual events and Healf Zone growth, delivering the creative, commercial, strategic and operational frameworks.
The Brief
Healf brought me in to design the next evolution of its experiential strategy for 2026, covering pop-ups, Ritual events and the growth of Healf Zone.
The Challenge
Make it memorable, and make it pay for itself.
Experiential work is expensive and hard to tie to growth. Every concept needed a cost model, a route to sponsorship and a clear line into Healf Zone sign-ups, with the creative and the commercials designed together from day one.
The Concept
Seasonal Rituals
One experiential year, shaped by Healf's EAT, MOVE, MIND and SLEEP pillars and the rhythm of the seasons, integrating nature, science and community-led wellness. Three strands, each leading into the next.
Pop-ups
Show up big.Two full creative routes for a Battersea Power Station pop-up.
Ritual events
Come back each season. The Seasonal Rituals Series flagship and a full programming calendar.
Healf Zone
Turn interest into members.Activations, onboarding and a quiz journey built to drive sign-ups.
The Delivery
Full end-to-end creative, commercial, strategic and operational frameworks.
From the first creative route to the executive decks, every piece was built to be costed, sponsored and handed to the team ready to run.
Pop-up concepts
Two full creative routes for a Battersea Power Station pop-up, plus a third flagship concept: the Seasonal Rituals Series.
Sponsorship framework
A multi-tier framework and target list, with the potential to cover 50%+ of event costs.
Healf Zone acquisition
A strategy built on a PT Accelerator, experiential activations and cohort-based onboarding.
Programming calendar
Cost models, event concepts, panel topics and a full calendar across EAT, MOVE, MIND and SLEEP.
Quiz and Know Your Numbers
A 4-Pillar Wellness Quiz activation and a “Know Your Numbers” journey to drive Healf Zone conversions.
Creative direction
Design references, experiential micro-features and brand storytelling for the strategy decks.
Net zero at a minimum.
The sponsorship model was designed so activations would pay for themselves, with a goal of net zero cost at a minimum.
The Outcome
All delivered as executive-level decks, strategic recommendations and a long-term experiential roadmap toward HX26.
What it taught me
Big ideas land faster when the numbers come with them. Pair every concept with a cost model and a growth path, and saying yes gets a lot easier.
