Case study · Plentiful × NextGen
One wellbeing language for six offices.
A two-year holistic wellness programme for 350+ people across Cairo, Mumbai, Gujarat, Croatia and the UK. Built on a simple framework and carried by local champions.
The Brief
NextGen wanted a wellbeing offer the whole team could feel, wherever they sat. The goal was a programme that improved how people felt day to day and gave a spread-out company something shared to rally around.
The Challenge
Six offices, several time zones, very different cultures and working rhythms.
One-off wellness days tend to spike and fade, and a head office programme rarely reaches regional teams in any meaningful way. The task was to make something consistent enough to unite the company and flexible enough to work locally, with engagement that lasted well beyond the first workshop.
The Concept
Full Spectrum Health
Four pillars anyone can remember. When someone feels off, they can ask which pillar needs attention. Every element of the programme sat inside one of them, which gave the whole year a clear shape.
Motion
Move your body.Strength, mobility, energy.
Introspection
Nurture your mind.Breathwork, meditation, focus, mental fitness.
Restoration
Replenish your vessel.Nutrition, sleep, nature, connection.
Education
Empower yourself.Learning, growth, a beginner's mindset.
The Delivery
We rolled out market by market so each office got a proper launch.
Each office began with a Full Spectrum Health workshop, followed by a year of quarterly in-person sessions on Mental Fitness, Breathwork and Joint Health, Nutritional Fundamentals and Finding Focus. Half-day formats for up to 50 people, with food and plenty of hands-on practice, because people remember what they experience.
Quarterly workshops
In person, half day, hands-on, up to 50 people per session.
Online drop-ins
Follow-up sessions and monthly drop-ins open to every office.
Monthly challenges
Small, playful habits that turned the material into daily practice.
Follow-along library
Videos for breathwork, meditation, stretching and mobility.
Local partnerships
Gym memberships, healthy snacks, office plants and two massages a year per person.
Champions network
Trained staff in each office hosting their own bi-monthly sessions.
The Champions were the key to longevity.
They became the local voice of wellbeing in every office and made the programme belong to the people inside it.
The Results
Beyond the numbers, a company spread across continents had a shared language for looking after itself, and a network of people in every office keeping it going.
“The team motivated us to march in the direction of building our lives around this all-inclusive way of attaining a healthy life.”
What it taught me
Wellness sticks when it has a simple shape and local owners. The framework gave people clarity. The Champions gave it a heartbeat.
